Where We Work: Guadalupe and the Towns Nearby
Our crew works out of Guadalupe and covers a short drive in every direction. Each job starts the same way, with a free water test in your home. It ends with a system that is fitted to be easy to live with and easy to service.
Our home base and the drive around it
We start every day in Guadalupe. Our routes reach Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Sun Lakes, and Paradise Valley up north. Out on the west side, we also go to Glendale and Tolleson. Live somewhere close that isn't named here? Bring it up on the phone. A few trips are simply too far for us to do the job well, and we'll tell you that up front, before you book.
Our approach is the same in every town. The water gets tested before anything else. We then pick a system for your house and your readings, not for what we happen to have in stock. On the day of the install we put in a bypass, so water keeps flowing through the house when a filter or valve is swapped down the road. The drain line gets a real air gap. We leave clear space around the equipment so filter changes are easy. Small choices like these are what separate a system that lasts for years from one that acts up its first summer.

What we see in homes around the Valley
- Hard water
- Hard water is common across the Phoenix area. You see it as white crust on faucets, spots on glasses and scale inside water heaters. A softener can help, but we test before we suggest one. The reading tells us how big the system should be and how often it needs to regenerate.
- Summer heat
- Many systems here sit in a garage or along an outside wall, where summer heat is hard on plastic parts. We pick a spot out of direct sun when we can and strap the tubing so it does not sag or rub over time.
- Older and newer homes
- Homes across the metro range from older block houses to newer stucco builds. Some newer builds come with a connection for treatment equipment stubbed out near the water heater. Older houses usually lack one, so we run new lines to reach the main. Either way, we check the pipe material and the shutoff valve before we cut in.
- Chlorine taste
- Plenty of people notice a chlorine taste or smell from city water. Whole-home filtration treats every tap in your home. Reverse osmosis under the sink focuses on the water you drink and cook with. We explain both after your test.
- Permits
- Permit rules differ from one city to the next. When the work in your home needs a permit, we pull it before we start and tell you if an inspection is part of the job.

Start with a free test at your tap
Let us know which town you live in and what bugs you about your water. We will set up a free water test with zero obligation, and install is included with our water treatment systems. If one makes sense, we go over installed system pricing on the same call or right after the test.
