The person who picks up knows the equipment and how it goes in. First we ask what's bugging you: spots on glasses, a taste you don't like, scale on fixtures, or plain curiosity about what's in your water. Then we pick a time to come by and test it. The test is free, with zero obligation.

When the results are in, we go over them in plain words. If a system makes sense, we give you the installed price over the phone, and the install comes included with our water treatment systems. Installs are done by licensed and insured partner plumbers, and we watch the small things that decide how long a system lasts: where the bypass valve sits, how the drain line is run and whether every fitting is snug and supported. You get a 5-year warranty on equipment valves and a 5-year warranty on installation and labor.

Handy to Know Before You Phone Us

1. A quick list of what's bothering you, like spotting, a smell, an odd taste or white crust around the faucets.
2. Where the water line comes into your house, if you can find it, and whether the wall or floor near it is open.
3. How old your current softener or filter is, or its model, if you have one in place.
4. A couple of times this week when an adult can be at the house for the test.
